Our Way or No Way!

This is how i met the Doctor whom they call Who.

This is the story of how i needed help from a 'higher power' because of chronic episodes of insomnia, ranging from a week or more sleepless, once every year or so, to one night sleepless every month or two or three. The latter being somewhat easier to manage

and the former an endurance test, consisting of being locked up against one's will, for months at a time, after dreaming whilst awake during sleep deprivation, because rem dreaming happens whether one is sleeping or not.

It is said that sleep deprivation will kill a human quicker than starvation and i know i have stood or collapsed on the brink of that shadowy, scary void, at times, and at other times it has seemed i have died, been denied, been lied to and had my self healing hindered by the nhs nhft for mental health. I deny their help because of their drug pushing. Some of their drugs i am allergic to = gives the symptoms it says it is trying to fix = paranoia, anxiety, depression, phobias, ocd thoughts, and nightmares while awake. One of their drugs caused me to lose teeth. Most of them make the patient gain body fat which we managed to lose when i promised myself i wanted to be fit at fifty, when i was 47.

It started with a note i wrote in 2010 = i gave my life to Science after 14 years of suffering made worse by those allegedly trying to help me.

"2010 - 2025 has taken us about 15 light years away from their insanity and back again." Says Professor, forty again.
